It is now possible to gain experience through wanton slaughter.  Of course, you can't do anything with XP yet, but it accumulates!

Also, entities can have a treasure value. Unfortunately, I feel like this breaks some of the pattern I had already established, so I'll go back and refactor things differently.

The new plan is that only certain items will have a Treasure value.   Cash sounds like a good representative of value, and should fit nicely into inventory.  Of course, that implies I'll either need a stacking system, or cash will be treated differently from other "items" ,   My original plan was for Cash to get stored as just a value counter separate from the actual inventory contents, but then how do I pick it up from bodies? 

I have also reached the point where I desperately need another menu for looting bodies and treasure piles.  It's just fine to pick up a body and move it, but to strip the stuff from them should not be an all-or-nothing choice.    I also need to create a menu to manipulate the player's equipment, which means we're ready to revisit equipment and finally give the monsters some goodies.
